Alice and David Racer (Sr.), parents, raised me in St. Paul, Minnesota. I graduated from St. Paul Johnson High School, attended Macalaster College, the University of Minnesota, and the U of Southern Mississippi while serving in the U.S. Air Force. I earned my Master of Letters Degree from Oxford Graduated School. Rosanne and I are working on our 54td year of marriage, and have five children, and 10 grandchildren. In January of 2021, I completed my 51st book - 20 of these deal with health care. My passion is teaching and writing - and in the photo above, I am participating in a meeting during Summer Senate 2020.
